Free in-home Consultation
Bay Area Home Care provides FREE in-home consultation. There is no cost or obligation. A member of our Care Team will meet with you at your convenience (evenings and weekends too!!). The consultation gives you an opportunity to ask questions in the privacy of your home and allows us to understand your needs. We will develop a care pan based on your individual care needs following the assessment.
No long-term Contracts
We are here to serve you as much or as little as you need us. We don’t make you sign long term contracts.
- We usually start with an introductory phone call in which we understand what type of care our client needs.
- We then follow-up with an in-home meeting during which we also do a free home safety evaluation for client safety and overall living conditions. We will make recommendations keeping in mind the client’s physical condition and other resources available.
- Next, we develop a customized care plan for the client, based on their unique needs and schedule. No upfront commitments are needed.
- Once service starts, we follow up with periodic quality visits by supervisory staff.
